“Rule the World by Population! Reckless Remarks by a Chinese General Agitates Japanese Media

“10년 내 일본 핵공격, 인구로 세계 지배하자!”

중국軍 장성의 망언, 日언론 화들짝

“By wiping out our rival countries around us by nuclear attack, our race can establish its superiority in the world population and occupy an advantageous position in the process of human evolution.”

The remarks are not lines of speech in certain science fiction movies, but the speech made by a Chinese general of China’s People Liberation Army in 2007.

The very man who made the remarks is JU CHEONG HU, a major general (equivalent to a brigadier general in Korea). At the time of the speech, his post was Director of Defense Graduate School of China’s People Liberation Army.     

This quotation is picked out from his speech made at the inner-circle conference of the Faculty of Defense of Defense Graduate School. The whole speech was made of 9000 words. A Japanese, who was well informed of China’s affairs, obtained the text of General JU’s speech and made it public.     

The whole story of General JU’s speech is scary enough to give us gooseflesh. He omitted deliberately the part of fact that the development process of China would waste the natural resources and confuse the order of market, but insisted that they must prepare themselves for the event of the outbreak of world war 3 caused by the shortage of natural resources and the likes. He further advocated that in order to take up superior position in the evolution process of human beings, China should eliminate neighboring countries by nuclear weapons within 10 years, when the project of underground base of nuclear missiles is expected to be completed.

“The shortage of natural resources takes place owing to the increase of population and will start a war, which leads to the partial extinction of world population, and will maintain the balance of  population in consequence. In this development process of human beings, China had better play a leading role rather than remains inactive. Since the nuclear war in particular is a very effective method to reduce the population, China should do its utmost to prepare for the nuclear war.

What is important is that China should take an initiative in competing with many other countries and try to reduce the population of other races as much as possible and at the same time help our own people increase in numbers.”

                                    

“Lets Relax Our Birth Control Policy”

General JU made assertions that China should relax CCP’s birth control policy (Procreation and Raising Family Plan in China) and infiltrate surplus population into the neighboring countries by all means.

“China should not keep the foolish birth control policy any further and promote for more babies and infiltrate them into neighboring nations systematically. Government should take an active part in encouraging illegal entries into other countries among the people. Even by using this method, China ought to expand its population.

China should also carry out in bold and fierce spirits a nuclear attack on the countries like Japan as an opportunity arises and try to destroy majority of the population before they prepare for counterattacks.  Now what we want to have in our hand is the world itself.”

If this idea should be nothing but General JU’s personal fancy, it could be treated as ‘Kadeora’ report of ‘Jjirasy’ media ****, which dislike China. But it was not the case. It is known that this speech by General JU appeared in the monthly magazine, 東方 時代‘the East Era’, which was published for the PLA and those concerned with it. ‘

The majority of the Japanese and Koreans thought lightly of it treating it as improbability, but part of Japan’s media and netizens discovered and published some other evidences connecting directly with the contents of his speech.     

Among these, there is a similar speech made by China’s former Chief of Staff of Army (equivalent to a defense minister in Korea). According to this former chief of staff of Chinese army, JU’s speech was one of China’s world-domination strategies designed by Deng Xiaping, generally regarded as moderate by western countries.

“In order to develop China, we should prepare for nuclear war and encourage our people to move overseas. In preparation for the third world war, we should proceed to complete the underground base of the strategic missiles. We should cut off all the connecting network with the USA in advance at war.

This is the strategic scheme already planned by Deng Xiaoping 鄧小平 for the descendants. If the CCP should happen to exit from the world history, the whole globe would suffer the same fate like ours. We do have the power to carry out these plans.”

                               

Revealing even its intention for nuclear attacks

This is not the end of story. China’s People Liberation Army in fact discussed about the strategy of nuclear attack targeting on Japan in January 2011. The following is part of the report carried in  the ‘World Daily’ Paper then.

[……] It was reported on 30^th of last month by an army-related media, 西陸東方軍事 서륙동방군사 ‘Seoryuk Dongbang Gunsa’ that supposing the use of mass killing weapons in the military crash between China and Japan, the Chinese military made it known through its internal publication that China should carry out its mock battle exercise differently; one is when there is an intervention from the USA, the other is when there is none.

[……] When the limited local battle is spreading and expanding gradually, leading to the circumstances that China needs to attack the mainland of Japan, China must destroy restrictively Japan’s air defense networks and its nuclear military base as well as the weapon producing plants, using long-distance missiles such as  Deng Xiaoping 3, Deng Xiaoping 21, Deng Xiaoping 25, Jwilang 1 of cruise missile with a range of 2000km. Bearing this in mind, China should carry out its mock war exercise.    

[…….] The report points it out that China will be able to keep the intercontinental ballistic missiles to restrain the USA’s attack after having destroyed 25 Japan’s main cities with middle-distance missiles. It admits that China is liable to the all-out nuclear attacks from the USA, but the USA is also subject to nuclear counter-attacks from China.”

The nuclear war scenario between China and Japan imagined by the China’s military media includes two cases; one is the case of the war started from small territory disputes, the other is that of all-out war from the beginning.

After this matters having been discussed, China’s PLA enforced its troops of long-distance missiles in its military bases of east region against the entire fleet of the USA aircraft carrier and Cruiser, Ijis’(?) and actually started the war exercises for nuclear attacks.

The propaganda to the people by the CCP and the military to justify its nuclear attack on the neighboring countries is getting stronger by and by.  The Woomao Party (literally meaning 50cent party, which admits people into the party in exchange of half yuan. Among 2 million party members, there are thousands of Jo-seon Jok, who are enticed to input into not only their domestic internet but also into the online community of Korea and Japan articles boasting of China’s nuclear power. 

One of Japan’s ‘Net Right Wing Community is the well known 2 Ch, in which a Chinese suggested that Japan should be destroyed by 10,000 nuclear bombs. The suggestion gave rise to a lot of commotion. The Japanese netizens, who had read this, said that the China’s expanding policy resembled that of the Japan’s past militarism and advocated for nuclear armament of Japan. This gives some light to the question why recent Japan’s public opinion leans towards supporting

strengthening Japan’s military power.    

On the other hand, the Korean public opinion has treated this as a spooky story. In particular, the media and portal site generally ignore the suggestion of China’s nuclear attack on surrounding nations by saying that China is most unlikely to do it. However, some quarters of netizens and media are very watchful, saying that it might be possible by looking at the policies pursued so far by the CCP. It is the JU’s reference to favor for abolishing birth control policy in his reckless remarks that attracts the attention.

     

The feasibility of China’s Nuclear Attack is strong

China at the moment is sending off illegal immigrants to Asia and North America, mostly making Jo-seon Jok spearheading in front.

In Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the USA, they have had headaches because of the Chinese illegal immigrants with forged Korean passports for past 4 or 5 years. It is reported that In Australia particularly, 80% of Chinese illegal immigrants are found to have fake Korean passports.

Those countries into which Chinese illegal immigrants have sneaked in are said to be experiencing  worsening conditions in the areas of public peace and economic order as time goes on, so that they tighten up punishment of illegal immigrants and restrict the entry of the Chinese.    

However, Korea assumes a very different attitude. In Korea, besides 150,000 Chinese naturalized Korean, there are about one million Chinese with various visas such as tourist, employment, compatriot visas, who have received 3 month ideology education conducted by Chinese Communist Party before entering Korea.

In the south west district of Seoul City and the industrial complex of Metropolitan region and provincial towns where agricultural and industrial complexes are located, plenty of public discontent and complaints against the Chinese are pouring out. However, local and central government and media are hushing them up.

                                   

On 28^th April 2008, there took place a riot by 40,000 self-styled Chinese students in Seoul City, in which they assaulted citizens and damaged the fittings, but the media and the political circle remained as quiet as a dead mouse. Now the authorities extend welcome to the Chinese students by giving favors to them such as exemption of school fees, even payment of travel money on returning home. In the regions of Incheon, Seoul, Jeonnam, Jeju and Busan, the local governments are welcoming Chinese investments, treating them with various benefits including obtaining permanent residency visas.

Korean domestic media and financial circles respond favorably to relaxing the birth control policy by Chinese government and are leading Korean public opinion in favor of China by saying that such change will give great benefits to Korea

Although the 50 cents Party members, who receive the instructions from CCP, contribute articles supporting North Korea followers to the domestic internet and spearhead the public opinion on online communities, no sanctions or punishment are inflicted on them. In this way, the suggestion by General JU of ruling over the neighbouring countries with an advance nuclear attack is gradually becoming a reality.’’

The project of the underground nuclear base suggested by former chief of staff of the Chinese army is under way under the name of ‘Long Wall Project’. The Chinese illegal immigrants in Korea and Japan are building up their power of influence in each capital city. In East South Asia, the Chinese ethic capitalists hold their economic power in their countries with connection with CCP are conducting lobbying activities to make their government turn its national policy in favor of China.

Recently, the CCP is putting forward its ‘nuclear supremacy’ over ‘economic supremacy. A simple example is that China proposed to the Ukraine a nuclear umbrella.  Considering the Korea’s reality in connection with the Chinese general’s comments, it is easy to see that the present crisis of East North Asia is not a simple domestic political issue, nor the dispute between South Korea and North Korea, nor the economic recession problem, but the confrontation between the CCP, which seeks to rule over the world, and the block of western countries including Korea, Japan, the USA, Australia and so on.
